GENERAL PUBLIC SERVICES
The creation of the Public Assistance Center was engineered by the incumbent Mayor Joey C. Medina. This office envisions to bridge to the needy constituents the government services owes to them. The creation of the said office bears fruitful recognition and appreciation from the beneficiaries and the public in general. Direct assistance and referral are the line of support extended and tie ups/linkage with the government agencies and non-government organizations.
Due to limited funds and personnel, the office staff work hand in hand to provide better services to the constituents. Tireless and timeless labors are among the capabilities of the office staff that seeks to have a highly committed and dedicated public service.
Such creation was inspired by the present administration’s thrust to build more confidence among the people of Pateros in the government leadership especially those neglected and vulnerable sectors of the society. The call for public service is the core value of being a public figure, to further improve the linkage and partnership between the government, sectoral groups and private institution.
VISION
Efficient and effective response action center in the call of public assistance in the fullest extent to the general public without compromising individual’s political, religious and sectoral involvement, serving truly in the fullness of public interest.
OBJECTIVES
To boost the confidence and trust of the general public through public assistance in the challenge of public service.
Referral/Assistance for the Provision of Wheel Chair
The program seeks to provide free wheel chairs to qualified beneficiaries. Rotary Club of Rizal West (thru Brgy. Captain Louie Castillo) is the principal sponsor/donor.
